November Science Events for San Francisco Bay Area Teens
* The final Marin Science Seminar of 2009 will take place tomorrow evening, Wed. 11/4, 7:30 rm 207. It is How to Bring Solar Energy to Seven Billion People and it is being given by a chemical engineer who is trying to develop cheap solar power.
* This weekend (11/7 & 11/8) is Wonderfest, a free festival of science at Stanford and UC Berkeley. The Sunday session is at UC Berkeley and includes science comedy.
* UC Berkeley's NanoHigh, a free monthly Saturday morning lecture for high school students, starts this month with "Swine Flu: How Serious Is It, and What Are We Doing about It?" You can download the flyer from the link in this section.
